Popati
Popati is a famous dish that has gained popularity in all regions during the lockdown. It is made by cooking chicken, eggs, and mutton together, resulting in a unique and delicious taste.
To prepare this dish, a clay pot is required, along with the meat of chicken, eggs, and mutton. The bottom of the pot is filled with a layer of clay so that direct heat does not reach the chicken and eggs. Then, the meat of chicken and mutton is placed on top of the layer of clay, followed by the eggs. The pot is sealed and turned upside down. It is then covered with wood and other materials to create a fire. After about 10 minutes, the pot is removed from the fire, and the meat of chicken, eggs, and mutton is ready to be enjoyed.
